How does ShowScriber work?
ShowScriber uses the latest advancements in AI to transcribe the audio you upload into a timestamped, diarized transcript that you can export to any program or podcast aggregator you choose.
Our machine-learning models can label each line of the transcript with who it thinks is speaking that line. Simply tell ShowScriber how many different voices or speakers there are in the episode, and it will label the speaker for you.
What are the benefits of transcribing my podcast?
Sharing the transcripts on social media and in articles and blog posts can significantly improve your ranking on search engines, as people can find your podcast by searching for terms that appear in the transcript.
Transcripts also make your content available to a wider audience, including those who are hard of hearing or deaf, or people who may not be fluent in your language. Some may struggle to focus on audio alone. By transcribing your podcast, you create a more inclusive and user-friendly experience for your listeners.
Transcribing your podcast is an easy way to repurpose the content you've already generated. You can take summaries and show notes generated by ShowScriber and create blog posts, articles, social media posts, quirky videos, or whatever you can imagine, by taking the transcript of the show you've already recorded and turning it into something new.
Can I share my transcripts on social media?
Posting transcripts of your podcast on social media is a great way to extend your reach - sharing snippets of text on Twitter or Facebook for example, will increase the chances of new listeners finding your podcast.
You're free to take the output of ShowScriber and post it on social media, or anywhere else. You own all the rights to the content generated by our AI.
What are show notes?
Show notes describe and expand on the content of your podcast. They list any useful external sources that you discuss during a show. For example, you might describe the basic premise of the show, and list any references or sources for topics you might discuss during the episode.
You might see something similar when browsing a TV Guide - these notes can entice people to listen. Show notes can also be a useful resource for listeners that want to read or discover more about the content in your show.
Do you offer refunds?
ShowScriber uses the latest AI models to transcribe your audio, which takes a lot of processing power, which in turn costs a lot to run. We're not able to offer refunds due to the high costs involved in transcribing your audio.
